ResumoGears are the devices used to transmit power even with high torque. Gears are damaging due to different loads applied to the teeth and heat generated in transmission. Usually, gears are made of different materials. In this study, force vibrational analysis is done on the helical bevel gear for different materials such as Aluminum, cast iron, copper, iron, steel, and titanium. In this investigation, different material is selected for the manufacturing of gears that can sustain even under the different loads and impact loads. Simulation is performed to analyse the effect of the application of loads on various materials. The stresses developed by the application of loads are von Mises stress and the total deflection in the gear. It is reported that with the variation of the loads being applied, von Mises and displacement both changes linearly with the load applied.
