ResumoThis paper analyzes the impact of COVID 19 on the socio-economic situation of women farm workers in the Saiss and Gharb plains and the coping strategies that these women have mobilized to deal with it. The vast majority of the women interviewed continued to work in an environment fraught with risk and uncertainty. Faced with reduced employment opportunities, the constant risk of contamination, stigmatization, and difficulties in providing for their families, the women workers mobilized various forms of adaptation to ensure their survival and that of their families. Highlighting these capacities for adaptation and resilience allows us to rethink the role and working conditions of this category forgotten of public policy.
