Resumo

This technological article aims to present the implementation of the knowledge management process, developed in the company Santo Grão, through the application of a digital platform, Microsoft Sharepoint, which is considered innovative for the gourmet coffee segment. The strategy for the growth of the company is the expansion through franchising system. In this way, digital platform technology makes it possible to map the knowledge generated by the company in a structured and dynamic way. The methodology is based on Business Problem Solving procedure, that incorporates the development of practical and applied work. A qualitative approach was used and data collection was performed through the interview technique using a semi-structured script. The following results were verified: the delivery of a parameterized digital platform for knowledge management, already in operation, allowing the business to be leveraged according to its strategy; the applicability in the routines and procedures by current employees, general managers and partners, as well as futures franchisees, accelerating the learning process of how to manage a Santo Grão store; the knowledge mapping and recording process, as well as the constant information updating and its transmission among users; finally, financial gains were identified through the use of this platform, compared to the tool used previously.
