Resumo

In 2019, Tagaytay City Track Oval was chosen as the venue for the 30th Southeast Asian Games, favoring Philippine tourism. In addition, it paved a way for extreme sports tourism (EST to be known by the Filipino people, given that a fellow countryman named Margielyn Didal won a gold medal in the ASEAN Games skateboarding championship; women’s division. Her success has inspired a lot of skateboarders to pursue their dreams. However, with such limited Extreme Sports facilities in the country, there is indeed a lack of learning opportunities. The researchers used a Quantitative Study with a Likert type of survey questionnaire as they seek to dub Tagaytay City Track Oval as the regional and international venues for competitions which will be possible through EST Planning and Development that is based on the involvement of the skaters who have been in the venue, hence, used the facilities available. The skaters’ satisfaction and opinion would help the researchers find what is lacking within the vicinity.
