
Instrumentos de gestão aplicados aos processos de integração entre o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão na formação profissional

ResumoThis article presents an experience report applied at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pará (IFPA) Campus Abaetetuba, and it aims to present a proposal for management instruments with a view to improving results in teaching, research, extension and innovation in vocational training. The study has a qualitative approach, within the scope of a case study and action research, during the period from 2013 to 2018, and a documentary and bibliographic research were used to achieve the results. By analyzing the reality of professional education at the IFPA Campus Abaetetuba, it was possible to propose four management instruments, which were incorporated into the organizational structure of the Campus through the approval of resolution number 267/2018 by the Superior Council of the IFPA. They are: I - Forum Permanent Integration (Working Groups – GTs, centers, areas of knowledge and technological axes); II - Environments of Integrated Practices - APIs; III - Office of Community Practices – EPCs, and IV - Junior Center for Innovation and Scientific Development - NIDCJ. Therefore, it was possible to conclude that the four management instruments constituted important actions for the construction of an institutional identity within the scope of the IFPA Campus Abaetetuba, as well as having the potential for (re)application in other units of the federal network.
