As Great collections of Japanese prints are seldom exhibited, it is fitting that while the Museum of Modern Art displays the surviving works of Sharaku, Yamanaka & Co. should show the cream of the notable collection of the late Sir R. Leicester Harmsworth. Here the visitor has an excellent opportunity to study the art and life of eighteenth century Edo.
