ResumoElectrical stimulation mapping (ESM) is the clinical standard for functional localization with subdural electrodes (SDE). As stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) has emerged as an alternative option, we compared functional responses, afterdischarges (ADs), and unwanted ESM-induced seizures (EISs) between the two electrode types.
