ResumoThis study aims to explore the experiences of learners, parents, teachers and school leaders in delivering instruction to Junior High School students during Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT) in Cebu City South Districts for the School Year 2021-2022.The study utilized the phenomenological design to explore the experiences of learners, teachers, parents, and school leaders in delivering instruction to junior high school students during Emergency Remote Teaching in Cebu City South Districts for the school year 2021-2022. The emergent themes generated from the data gathered in this study include (1) partnership & linkages experiences, (2) resource management experiences, (3) instructional management experiences, (4) strategic engagement management experiences, and (5) human development management experiences.
