The expansion of soybean production has been contributing to agribusiness, with changes in production and socioeconomic factors in the State of Goiás, especially in the Southeastern Region of Goiás. The objective of this study is to describe the evolution related to soybean productivity in the Southeastern Region of Goiás. The method used is an applied research with a descriptive qualitative approach, through bibliographic survey, search for data in secondary sources and descriptive analysis with the selection of the variable "productivity", delimited in the period from the 2010/11 to 2022/23 crops. The results show that the Southeast Region of Goiás has been presenting a soybean productivity higher than 3 tons per hectare, close to the productivity averages of Brazil and the State of Goiás. This study is an embryonic research in the southeast of Goiás and may be important for the scientific community, public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and may subsidize the realization of new scientific studies. It is evident in the study the scarcity of work and it is suggested to explore new studies in the State of Goiás and in other regions of the country.
