ResumoThe relation between ventricular arrhythmia and fibrosis in mitral valve prolapse (MVP) is reported, but underlying valve-induced mechanisms remain unknown. We evaluated the association between abnormal MVP-related mechanics and myocardial fibrosis, and their association with arrhythmia.
