Dr. Kinosian is Treasurer for the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, and a participant in the Complete Care Academy Collaborative, a High-Need Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (HN-ACO-REACH). Drs. Boling, and Kinosian are uncompensated board members, representing their practices, for the Complete Care Academy Collaborative. Dr. Leff serves as a clinical advisor to Medically Home, Dispatch Health, MedZed, Patina Health, and the Chartis Group. He serves as a volunteer member of the Humana Multidisciplinary Advisory Board.
