ResumoWith the pandemic crisis, radio had to rethink its strategies and resort to new digital technologies and devices to continue its broadcasting. This new “at home” reality caused by COVID-19 forced radio to map new communication practices, and to draw new production processes and contents to meet the new demands and needs of its audiences. The purpose of this chapter is to explore employees' routines and work strategies in the Radio Renascença during the Corona Virus pandemic. In this context, there are identified internal communication antecedents and technological processes which enabled the station's teleworking. To carry out this research, semi-structured interviews were conducted with several radio presenters and producers, the channel's director and deputy director, and the sound engineer chief. Further information followed the participant observation method since it came from the author's personal experience, since she worked for 16 years.
