Resumo

Perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have shown great potential in flexible light-emitting diodes (LEDs) due to their ease of synthesis and excellent optoelectronic properties. In the field of flexible LEDs, the selection of substrate for different applications is still a key issue. Herein, we report a highly flexible red-emitting perovskite light-emitting diode (PeLED) by utilizing Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) modified printing paper as substrates. The flexible PeLEDs on printing paper/PMMA substrate exhibited a maximum luminance of 1330 cd/ $\text{m}^{{2}}$ and a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 8.5%. This extension of substrate to paper will widen the opportunity of PeLEDs in extremely flexible and inexpensive applications.
