Resumo Traça-se a cronologia das unidades curriculares de História e Filosofia da Ciência na Universidade de Coimbra de meados de 1960 a meados de 1980 a partir de testemunhos e análise documental e legal. Neste contexto, é feita uma curta reflexão sobre a escrita da História da Ciência recente. As evidências mostram que o ensino desta área da ciência esteve sempre muito dependente das circunstâncias, em particular dos diplomas legais, mas que os intervenientes procuraram com sucesso internacionalizar o ensino e a investigação nesta área. Palavras-chave: Ensino universitário, História e filosofia das ciências, Diplomas legais, Portugal Abstract The chronology of the curricular units of History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Coimbra from the mid-1960s to the mid-1980s is traced based on testimonies, and documental and legal analysis. In this context, a short reflection is made on the writing of the recent History of Science. The evidence shows that teaching in this area of ​​science has always been very dependent on circumstances, in particular on legal diplomas, but that the intervening scholars have successfully sought to internationalize teaching and research in this area.
