Resumo

The paper introduces a long-term control management to design and verify the sleep-based power-on system by using a set of Xilinx SOC processing chips and external memory (Micron) DDR3, 4 bit PROM SPI FLASH, TF-CARD, and EMMC Implement. This paper studies how to reasonably use idle time to manage normal working mode, deep sleep mode, shallow sleep and self-test mode while ensuring that it can be switched to normal working mode in any mode. It is proved in the system simulation that this method can effectively realize system sleep, so that the system with less digital loss for decision-making unit and execution unit, enters the real sleep mode, controls low-voltage operation, and realizes the long-term loss reduction of the entire system. A sleep-based management method is proposed, and the design adopts the control of Xilinx processor and four kinds of memories to realize the long-term power-on control, and realizes 0.9 V, 2.5 V, and 1.8 V low voltage, 3.3 V decision and execution unit digital power sleep operation mode.
