Psychopedagogical proposal of family strengthening for the promotion of academic performance in primary school students

ResumoThis article shows the results of a research that trough the development of an intervention proposal, aims to articulate the school and family relation, based on an adequate guidance. The research followed a two phases methodology; the first one consisted in an institutional characterization, a state of knowledge and an etiological diagnosis as a tool of the ZOOP approach, interviews, observation and focus groups with families, students and teachers. The second phase was the design of the proposal using the problem three method and the logical framework matrix. The results of the intervention show that the strengthening of family dynamics is relevant and promotes the interaction with schools, giving as a result motivation, and a contextualized environment of guidance to different family issues. This contributes to improve the academic performance of students.
