ResumoEnsuring equal access to basic rights depends directly on accessible physical facilities for services such as those in the health area.In view of this, architecture has the task of preparing legal projects that serve everyone with functionality and comfort, in addition to aesthetics. Therefore, this article addresses aspects of accessibility at health centers in Poções, in the municipality of Bahia, which regularly assist at least 30% (thirty percent) of people with reduced mobility and people with disabilities, whether these are auditory, physical /motor, intellectual/cognitive, visual or other. Therefore, the central objective is to examine the accessibility conditions of some units and point out possible improvements to be made.To this end, bibliographical research and documentary studies were first carried out to define some concepts and study the main norm on the subject: NBR 9050/2020 -Accessibility to buildings, furniture, spaces and urban equipment. After that, technical visits were made to the UBSs selected to apply the theoretical study in already built environments, where public access environments were registered. From the data collected, it was concluded that many changes need to be made so that the units are able to serve everyone with the same condition.
