ResumoLobectomy as one of the standard procedures for resectable non-small cell lung cancer is a high risk for patients with compromised pulmonary functions. The stair-climbing test (SCT) is a simple test that is currently considered as a good assessment method for exercise capacity. Although the altitude reached is important in terms of postoperative morbidity and mortality, oxygen desaturation and time required for recovery are unclear. This study aimed to investigate whether the recovery time of percutaneous oxygen saturation (SpO2) after stair-climbing can be a predictor of postoperative complications following lobectomy.
