RESUMOO presente ar)go estabelece a relação entre religião, saúde e processos de inclusão social, tomando por objeto uma análise de Marcos 3.1-6, que narra a cura do homem da mão ressequida, na busca de compreender as múl)plas dimensões do agir de Jesus em busca da promoção da saúde, em oposição aos processos de adoecimento dos indivíduos e das relações comunitárias. Procura evidenciar a necessidade de se compreender as narra)vas de milagre de Jesus, considerando a abrangência de tais atos saluGferos e seu impacto para as comunidades. ABSTRACTThis ar)cle establishes the rela)onship between religion, health and processes of social inclusion, taking as an object an analysis of Mark 3.1-6, which recounts the healing of the man with the withered hand, in the search to understand the mul)ple dimensions of the ac)on of Jesus in search of health promo)on, as opposed to the processes of sickness of individuals and community rela)ons. It seeks to highlight the need to understand the miracle narra)ves of Jesus, considering the scope of such salutary acts and their impact on the communi)es.
