ResumoAim: Biochemical parameters and their interrelationships in plasma and peritoneal fluid (PF) may facilitate understanding of biological processes associated with endometriosis. Selection of vitamin D binding protein (VDBP) and lactoferrin (LF) is based on their characteristic properties and association with inflammatory processes. The aim of this study was to assess the concentrations and correlations of VDBP and LF in plasma and PF in order to investigate systemic and local pathology associated with endometriosis.
