ResumoIntroduction and aims: Uterine tumors resembling ovarian sex cord tumors (UTROSCT) are rare uterine neoplasms of unknown etiology. Less than 100 cases have been described in literature and, although generally considered to be neoplasms with low malignant potential, uterine and extra-uterine recurrences have been reported it should be kept in mind for patients with UTROSCT.
