Resumo

The present work addresses the importance of performance evaluation for an organization and the disorders that may occur if the assessment is poorly planned, elaborated, and performed. For the preparation of the article, a problem was identified that led to the research and made it possible to choose and develop the weights of the evaluation criteria, following the multidisciplinary of the decision-makers. As a methodology, the SAPEVO-M (Simple Aggregation of Preferences Expressed by Ordinal Vector—Multi Decision-Makers) method was used to support the decision. The multicriteria approach, through the SADEMON tool, helped managers to obtain agreed weights from the multiple views of the experts/ managers/decision-makers.
