The content of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) emissions that exceed the threshold contributes to causing concern about the emergence of non-carcinogenic health risks in humans. This is also felt by the people in the city of Surabaya because daily activities on every street in Surabaya are hectic, as happened on Ahmad Yani Street, which connects the cities of Surabaya and Sidoarjo with a reasonably high density and frequent slowdowns in vehicle speed at the Dolog roundabout. This study aims to determine the non-carcinogenic health risks of exposure to nitrogen dioxide (NO2) to the community in the Jemur Gayungan residential area around the Dolog roundabout. The research location is in the Jemur Gayungan settlement, with four sampling points carried out for six days. The analyzes used are exposure analysis and intake calculation (I), dose-response analysis, and risk characteristics. The results showed that the average NO2 concentration measured was 41.07 µg/m3, and the highest value measured was 107.5 µg/m3. Based on the calculation of the moderate NO2 exposure R.Q., it was found that three people were living in the Jemur Gayungan area at risk (RQ≥1). So that in the Jemur Gayungan high-density area has a chance of non-carcinogenic diseases.
