The centrality of this paper is in line with previous presentations in the CIIBERCID Seminars from 2020 to 2022, on ordinary citizens, specifically from unfavorable contexts. The starting point is the intervention strategies to confront the problems, barriers and threats to which ordinary citizens are affected in relation to the desirable flow of inclusive and integrative information. The Digital Era with its opportunities but also the challenges of misinformation and false information, reaffirms the importance of social information mediators to create the essential bridges for the empowerment of communities from vulnerable contexts through inclusive information.
