Introduction: In this video, we presented two simultaneous cases of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) performed in two different robotic platforms: Da Vinci Xi® (DV) (Intuitive Surgical, CA/USA) and HUGO™ RAS (HR) (Medtronic Limited, Watford, UK). We commented on our technique while describing the differences observed while performing the same procedure and compared the operative time, blood loss, and length of stay.
