Resumo

(Abstracted from JAMA 2023;330:2096–2105) Bilateral renal agenesis is a congenital anomaly of the fetal urinary tract that results in the absence of amniotic fluid by the second trimester. This occurs in roughly 1 in 3000 births and often results in depressurization of fetal airways, impaired pulmonary development, and lethal pulmonary hypoplasia at birth.vvvvvv
