ResumoAbstract This study attempts to examine the viability of developing virtual tourism at conservation institutions prior to, during, and following COVID-19. Using a rapfish technique and multidimensional scaling (MDS), this research was conducted and evaluated using the R software. In-depth interviews with information provided by stakeholders, including Taman Safari Indonesia Management, Cibeureum Village, Tourism Office, Transportation Service, Police, BKSDA, and academisi, were used to collect data. The five sustainability dimensions that were considered were ecological, economic, social, technological, and institutional. The research’s findings indicate which aspects-the best ecological in 2022, the best economic in post-COVID in 2023, the best social in the early stages of post-COVID in 2022, the best technology in post-COVID in 2023, and the best institution in post-COVID in 2023.
