Prenatal care and health promotion play a fundamental role in assisting pregnant women in dealing with fear, anxiety, and insecurity. To address this need, the mobile application Higia Way was developed, providing content on prenatal care, childbirth, and postpartum period, while utilizing gamification as a strategy to facilitate information absorption. The application underwent validation by public health nurses who work with pregnant and postpartum women, utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methodology, which assesses aspects such as usability, usefulness, and interaction. The application was deemed an appropriate educational resource to improve pregnant women's adherence. The study demonstrated that Higia Way offers reliable and relevant information and functionalities for care during the prenatal and postpartum period. However, to establish a more conclusive understanding of its effectiveness, further testing with pregnant women as the target audience is necessary.
