O artigo trata sobre o depoimento especial de crianças e adolescentes vítimas ou testemunhas de violência sexual. Tem como objetivo geral entender o procedimento do depoimento especial no sistema de justiça e a importância da interligação da rede de proteção e atendimento na proteção e garantia dos direitos de crianças e adolescentes. Como objetivos específicos: a) Explorar o marco teórico da proteção integral, a importância da garantia da saúde e integridade física e psicológica como direitos fundamentais, analisando seu impacto em crianças e adolescentes vítimas ou testemunhas de violência sexual b) Analisar o conceito e contextos da vitimização secundária no procedimento especial de oitiva de crianças e adolescentes vítimas ou testemunhas de violência sexual como meio de produção antecipada de prova e discutir a necessidade de interligação da rede de proteção e atendimento como forma de prevenção. O problema de pesquisa: Como garantir a proteção integral de crianças e adolescentes vítimas ou testemunhas de violência sexual, evitando a revitimização no sistema de justiça? A hipótese é que a interligação da rede de atendimento e o sistema de justiça podem contribuir para minimizar a vitimização secundária e fortalecer a proteção integral de crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual. O método de abordagem é o dedutivo, o procedimento monográfico e as técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Como resultados alcançados teve que apesar de avanços legislativos, há a necessidade de maior capacitação e integração entre os profissionais envolvidos para garantir uma proteção efetiva às vítimas ou testemunhas de violência sexual. ABSTRACT The article deals with the special purpose of children and adolescents who are victims of or testify to sexual violence. The general objective is to understand the special testimony procedure in the justice system and the importance of interconnecting the protection and care network in protecting and guaranteeing the rights of children and adolescents. As specific objectives: a) Explore the theoretical framework of full protection, the importance of guaranteeing health and physical and psychological integrity as fundamental rights, analyzing their impact on children and adolescents who are victims of sexual violence b) Analyze the concept and contexts of secondary violence victimization in the special procedure for the protection of vulnerable children and adolescents or sexual violence testing as a means of production before testing and discuss the need to interconnect the protection and care network as a form of prevention. The research problem: How to guarantee the full protection of children and adolescents victims of sexual violence, avoiding the revitalization of the justice system? It is hypothesized that the interconnection of the care network and the justice system can contribute to minimizing secondary victimization and strengthening the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents victims of sexual violence. The deductive approach method, the monographic procedure and bibliographic and documentary research techniques. According to the results achieved, despite legislative advances, there is a need for greater training and integration between the professionals involved to guarantee effective protection for victims or witnesses of sexual violence.
