In this article, the impact of the theme song of the Marvel's franchise “Avengers” was investigated aiming to understand the construction of an audiovisual identity. As it is a descriptive and explanatory article, we explored basic technical elements and a field research conducted with fans of the franchise. The study of the Avengers’ soundtrack highlights the importance of music in the cinematic narrative and how it can contribute to the public's emotional attachment to the characters and the story. It enriches the experience of the spectator while playing a key role in the mythology of the Avengers in the Marvel's Cinematic Universe. Authors such as Carreiro (2021), Ribeiro (2007) and Pereira (2007) had a major role in the process of research and development of this paper, by offering valuable insight and fundamental perspectives to analyze and discuss the theme.
