ResumoAddressing the shortage of healthcare professionals in rural Japan poses significant challenges. At Sanmu Medical Center, incorporating resident physicians into a general medicine training program has proved effective in retaining them as supervising physicians. This study aims to identify the key factors contributing to the success of such programs.
