This article aims to understand the practices adopted in the management of Portonave S/A's stakeholders, through a case study, using semi-structured interviews for data collection, carried out in strategic functions within the organization and corresponding to what management capacity of stakeholders advocates. The analysis of the results obtained made it possible to conclude that stakeholders must be managed continuously, as they can have a positive or negative impact. Furthermore, it was identified that there is a formal procedure for managing stakeholders, using internal and external structures. The study aims to contribute to the management of stakeholders in Brazilian port terminals.
