The general objective of this research study is to determine the influence of the application of a rewarding benefit to the improper witness in the prosecution of crime, in the judicial district of East Lima, 2019-2021. From the methodological point of view, it was framed in a quantitative, basic, descriptive-explanatory research, which presents a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A representative sample of 50 subjects from the Judicial District of East Lima was used for the study, a non-probabilistic convenience sampling was carried out, a survey was applied as a technique and a structured questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection, which was validated by experts. The results allowed testing and accepting the alternative hypotheses, showing that the rewarding benefit variable has a moderate positive influence on the prosecution of crime with a Spearman's Rho of 0.659 and a value of p= 0.000?0.01; the epistemological foundation dimension Rho= 0.465, p=0.001?0.05 and the factual foundation dimension Rho= 0.711, p=0.000?0.01. It is Concluded that the application of a premial benefit to the improper witness who serves as an organ of prosecution evidence during the oral trial stage, significantly influences the prosecution of crime in the judicial district of East Lima, 2019-2021, not only from the theoretical but also from the practical point of view.
