ResumoRESUMO: Um olhar para trás e lembrar deste Puerto de la Guaira entrou comerciais, escravos e colonos que trouxeram o desenvolvimento em expansão desta civilização. Nos edifícios dos edifícios Guaira com a imposição de estilos arquitetônicos como o Guipuzcoana House, San Carlos Castelo e criando um dos portos mais importantes que eles foram construídos. Hoje ele explodiu em improvisação contemporânea eo abandono de um passado que me deparei com um lugar no deslizamento de terra que soterrou 1999 muito reconstrução sono. Algumas destas reformas têm sido encarregado da Universidade Simón Bolívar e arquiteto especialista Teresa Montesano Heritage ao resgatar edifícios do património algumas tarefas de condução, como o empreendedorismo social, com a capacidade de mostrar uma esperança para ajudar esta região para relançar o turismo qualidade. A metodologia utilizada é através da história de vida do arquiteto e pesquisador, fundamental na transmissão de conhecimentos para os moradores e construtores que permitem o curso progressivo dessas narrativas pode transformar essa realidade.ABSTRACT: A look at the past is a reflection of a port through which entered the trade, slaves and settlers who brought dynamic development of this civilization. In the constructions of La Guaira buildings with imposing architectural styles as the Guipuzcoana House, San Carlos Castle and creating one of the most important ports were erected; the port of La Guaira. Today it burst into contemporary improvisation product by the abandonment landslide in 1999 that buried much of the dream of reconstruction. Some of these reforms so far have been in charge by the Simon Bolivar University and regional experts in heritage by rescuing heritage buildings. The methodology used will be documentary and life stories and some of its stakeholders are fundamental to transmit to the villagers and builders a progressive sense of preservation for future transformation.
