ResumoThis study deals with birds and small mammals captured by the garden dormouse Eliomys quercinus in the orange groves of Sagunto (Valencia, E Spain). Samples come from exhaustive reviews of nest-boxes, but also of natural nests. Garden dormice predate on bird nests, containing eggs or nestlings, but also capture adults, even during the winter. Moreover, small mammals such as Mus and Crocidura were also captured, showing the abilities of this species to capture vertebrates
