EnglishAnalysis of the different spectacular components which the cities employed in the royal receptions in the realm of the Crown of Aragon and in the late middle ages (13th - 15th century). Among the different documented stagings (Naval battle, wild men, hobby horses, royal emblems, military feats of the monarchy), there are three which stand out because they constitute a very early reception of Petrarca in our culture: the Triumph of Love (Barcelona 1397), the Triumph of Fame (Valencia 1402) and the Triumph of Death (Barcelona 1412), i.e. the staging of three of the six «Trionfi» of the Tuscan poet.
