ResumoResumen. CARBONIFEROUS AND PERMIAN BIVALVES FROM PATAGONIA (CHUBUT, ARGENTINA). PART II: FAMILIES MALLETIDAE, POLIDEVCIIDAE, MYALINIDAE AND INOCERAMIDAE.A thorough systematic analysis is performed on the bivalve fauna of the Upper Paleozoic of the Tepuel-Genoa Basin (Chubut province, Argentina). This second part comprises the Families Malletidae (part), Polidevciidae, Myalinidae and Inoceramidae. Abundant well preserved specimens allowed the recognition of two new species: Phestiaregularis nov. sp. and Phestiasabattinae nov. sp. Two new records of Quadratonucula sp. and Atomodesma (Intomodesma)? sp. are included too. On the basis of new material from the Tepuel-Genoa Basin, the diagnoses of Quadratonuculaargentinensis Gonzalez, Quadratonuculaparva Gonzalez, Phestiatepuelensis Gonzalez, Phestia sp. II, Phestia sp. III, and Naiaditesteckaensis Gonzalez are emended. In addition, the descriptions of these previously known species are supplemented by new information and their geographical ranges are expanded. Phestia sp. IV, Phestia sp. V, Naiadites sp., Atomodesma (Atomodesma) sp. and Atomodesma (Kolymia) sp. are also discussed.
